The Vans OTW Undercover collaboration, titled 'A Collision of Rebellion and Innovation,' features the Old Skool adorned with printed illustrations by Josep Baqué (1895–1967) - a reclusive Barcelona police officer who secretly created more than 1,500 intricate drawings of fantastical hybrid creatures merging human, animal, and surreal forms. Hidden for decades, his work was later celebrated for its haunting beauty and visionary detail.

Founded in 1990 by Jun Takahashi, Undercover has long stood at the intersection of high fashion and underground culture, merging punk aesthetics with avant-garde design.
