Wtaps deliver their Bivouac Jacket. The down jacket is made with a thin matte polyester shell filled with down and feathers. Shirring is applied to the inside of the standing collar and hem, and an adjuster Velcro is attached to the cuffs with embroidered Wtaps branding throughout.
